Ventilator Simulator

The mechanical ventilation simulator teaches learners the fundamentals of managing patients requiring mechanical ventilation. The simulator includes an interactive primer on key strategies, short clinical examples that provide a structured approach to patient management, and clinical cases allowing learners to apply knowledge in a safe practice environment. Learners receive individualized feedback on performance.

Hemodialysis Simulator

The hemodialysis simulator offers training on the fundamentals of initiating and managing a child on hemodialysis, including setting up a circuit, selecting a prescription, monitoring a patient, assessing laboratory values, and managing clinical complications.

Peritoneal Dialysis Simulator

The peritoneal dialysis simulator offers training on the fundamentals of managing a child receiving peritoneal dialysis, including assessment of patient and dialysate; monitoring and responding to patient variables and laboratory results; and identifying complications from device manipulations.

Heart Disease Library

This library includes multimedia images and videos of various congenital cardiac lesions and diseases including heart diagrams, electrocardiograms, chest radiographs, pathology images, phonocardiograms, echocardiograms, MRI images, and surgical footage.

Pediatric Parenteral Nutrition: Essential Concepts and Skills

This module provides clinicians with the essential knowledge to assess, prescribe, and manage parenteral nutrition in pediatric patients. It covers indications, nutrient dosing, catheter placement, complication monitoring, and safe use of parenteral nutrition in both hospital and home settings.
