  • Analyze burn‑specific secondary survey findings to detect neurologic injury, inhalation injury, and compartment syndromes that impact airway and ventilation

  • Evaluate indications and techniques for decompression procedures (e.g., escharotomy, fasciotomy, ocular decompression) to prevent respiratory and circulatory compromise
