Nursing WSPF: Evidence-Based Practice: Changing Nursing Culture and Improving Outcomes

This month, the Nursing World Shared Practice Fourm, will be a re-screen of one of our videos by Bernadette Melnyk, PhD, RN, CPNP/PMHNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN. In this video, Dr. Melnyk discusses her groundbreaking work in Evidence Based Practice (EBP) and how it impacts the field of nursing. She explains why it is vital for practicing nurses and advanced practice nurses to be competent in Evidence-Based Practice. She will explain the positive outcomes it has on patients, hospitals, and healthcare costs.
