In this video Bernadette Melnyk, PhD, RN, CPNP/PMHNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN, discusses her groundbreaking work in Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and how it impacts the field of nursing. She explains why it is vital for practicing nurses and advanced practice nurses to be competent in Evidence-Based Practice. She also explains the positive outcomes it has on patients, hospitals, and healthcare costs.
